New 2025 Federal Tax Law Expands Donor Benefits

As of July 1, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R.1, 119th Congress) is in effect, strengthening the impact of donations to Community Reinvestment: Low Income Based Scholarships Inc.

Donors to certified Arizona School Tuition Organizations (STOs) continue to receive a dollar-for-dollar Arizona state tax credit. In addition, changes are in motion at the federal level that may further enhance the tax advantages of these contributions.
